Thank you for shopping with Mike Bailey Pottery. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and strive to give you the best service possible.

This policy explains your rights and options for returns, refunds and cancellations in accordance with UK consumer protection law.

All of our pieces are handmade in our studio, they may vary slightly in colour shade or size, but we try to give accurate measurements wherever possible and display clear photographs.

Unfortunately, any breakages that occur after delivery plus 48 hours, cannot be covered by Mike Bailey Pottery.
